Khamphaeng restaurant is serving duck menu 🦆. Their signature is a whole duck marinated and roasted in a big clay jar with charcoal inside. Because of this preparation, the texture of the skin is so crispy and the meat is very juicy 🦆! They serve it with a homemade ginger sauce, hot and tasty, it's awesome.... :-) This is the only place where you can find duck cooked this way said the locals. 🙃
