Uncle Joy is a man who ride his bike with delicious pork buns around the city of Savannakhet. Starting from 1 pm, he stops in front of Trường thống nhất, the Vietnamese primary school and stay there until his stock is finished. Everyday he makes 500 buns and sells them quickly. The price is 2,000 kip per bun.
