This raw tuna salad is really fresh and flavorful, it's good for diet and as an appetizer :)

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Prepare the dressing: in a bowl, combine together lime juice, palm sugar, fish sauce, sliced fresh chili, sliced garlic, and thin slices of lemongrass.

2. Add tuna, coriander, and lime slices to the bowl and mix gently. Adjust the taste as you like. Put the tuna on a salad plate.

Serve for appetizer or as a side dish. :)
