Ka-Phao Moo Sup (stir fried minced pork with holy basil) is a famous street food dish in Thailand and Laos. You can also cook it at home following these easy steps.

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Put oil in a pan. When it's hot, add garlic and chili. Stir fry until it brings aroma. Then add immediately the minced pork and stir fry for about 3 minutes.

2. Add some water and seasoning powder (pork flavor), fish sauce, oyster sauce, sugar and then long green beans, carrots and yellow onions. Stir fry until the sauce reduces to almost be dry. Adjust the seasoning as you like.

3. Add Holy basil and stir for 3 times and immediately turn off the heat. Serve with steamed Jasmine rice topped with a fried egg. Zap!
