It's an easy menu and good for health. Most of Asian people eat Tofu because it is full of proteins, easy to find, and cheap. This is a dish that we like cooking at home for dinner for family.
1. Use the fried tofu bought from the market, cut it in bite-sized pieces then make it deep fried until its color becomes light brown and leave it on a plate.
2. Use another pan to stir fry garlic, red shallots and fresh chili until you can smell their aroma.
3. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms, shredded bell peppers, and add seasoning with salt, sugar, thin soy sauce, oyster sauce and tomato. Stir fry for about 5 minutes. Adjust the seasoning as you like. Then add tofu, sliced green onions and coriander. Stir together and serve with steamed rice.
