Grilled brisket marinated as Lao style, also called Ping Seua Hong Hai. The result is amazing!! Served with chili sauce and sticky rice is the best!
1. Prepare the meat: mix well all seasoning with the meat. Marinate at least 30 minutes before grilling.
2. Prepare the sauce: use a saucepan, add palm sugar, concentrated tamarind, and fish sauce. Heat until the sugar melts and turn off the heat to let it cool. Pour into a small bowl. Add the roasted sticky rice powder, chili powder, and sliced culantro.
3. Grill the meat on the barbecue with medium heat, lightly brush the chili sauce on both sides of the meat before taking out from the stove.
4. Slice the meat and serve with chili sauce. Zap!
