An easy menu, poached shrimp with spicy sour sauce, or how to poach shrimp to the perfection and make a super delicious sauce.
1. In a pot, add water and salt and bring to ebulition, then add shrimps and boil for about 3 to 5 minutes (do not cook too long because it will be difficult to remove the shells).
2. Prepare the sauce: use a blender or a mortar and pestle to pound chili with garlic, ginger, coriander and salt. Then add sugar, msg, lime, fish sauce and pound all together. Adjust the taste. Zap!
