Stir-fried vegetables and fried egg is a quick dish, eating with hot steamed jasmine rice. So good. Let's cook it !
1. Heat oil in a frying pan, then add garlic and stir-fry until it becomes yellow. After that add the chili, pork, seasoning powder and keep stir frying until the pork is cooked.
2. Add the vegetables, oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, and stir-fry until the vegetables are cooked. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed. Turn off the heat.
3. Place the steamed rice on a serving plate, place the vegetables and top with the fried egg (add slices of cucumber on the side dish if you like).
