Ant egg omelette is plenty of protein and good for health. I can tell you, Its texture is wonderful, it's perfect combination with seasoning and herbs. And for sure it's yummy. If you want to try, follow this recipe.

Ingredients

    1. ໄຂ່ມົດສົ້ມ 2 ຂີດ
    2. ໄຂ່ໄກ່ 2 ຫນ່ວຍ
    3. ຫອມບົວໃບ 2 ຕົ້ນ(ຊອຍ)
    4. ຫອມທຽມ 2 ກີບ(ທຸບແລະຝັກ)
    5.ຫມາກເຜັດ 2 ຫນ່ວຍ( ຊອຍ)
    6. ຄະນໍ 1 ບ່ວງນ້ອຍ
    7. ເກືອ ຍິບຫນຶ່ງ
    8. ພິກໄທ ຍິບຫນຶ່ງ
    9. ນ້ຳມັນພືດ 2ບ່ວງ

Preparation

1. Use a bowl to mix eggs (chicken eggs), seasoning powder, black pepper, chili and slices green onions.

2. Heat the oil in a pan, add garlic and stir until it becomes yellow, then add the ant eggs, followed with a pinch of salt and stir softly for about 2 to 3 minutes.

3. After that, add the mixed chicken eggs that you prepared in the bowl. Pour over the ant eggs and turn the side to close the omelette. Then serve with sticky rice or steamed rice. Zap!
