Who likes stir-fried noodles, come this way! I cooked and shared the recipe of Stir-fried noodles with black soy sauce. Let's go!
1. Boil 500 mL of water, add salt and noodles, cook for about 1 minute. Then add Chinese cabbage, Chinese broccoli and cook for about 3 minutes more. Then take out and put immediately into cold water and drain in the basket.
2. Pour vegetable oil in a pan, add yellow onions and garlic. Stir fry until it becomes until yellow, then add shrimps, seasoning powder and ground black pepper.
3. When the shrimps start to be pink, add eggs, thin soy sauce, and stir-fry for about 2 minutes. Add noodles, vegetables, black soy sauce, oyster sauce, water (100mL). Keep stir-frying until it becomes a bit dry, add MSG. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
4. Serve the noodles into a plate, sprinkle with green onions and coriander (you can also sprinkle chili pickles or chili powder if you like spicy). Zap!
