Pumpkin custard is a dessert or snack. The mild texture of custard goes very well with pumpkin flavor. Here is the recipe and how to make it at home.
1. Place coconut milk, duck egg, sugar, salt, pandan leaves to the blender and blend it well, then filter carefully to take only the liquid. Take out all the bubbles that appears.
2. Then pour the coconut liquid into the prepared pumpkin (The level of the coconut liquid should not be full because it is going to increase when cooking).
3. Steam the pumpkin and cover with any steamer about 40-50 mns. Check the pumpkin is soft and cooked, turn off the heat. Let the pumpkin cool and cut to serve. Zap!
