My all purpose meat marinate. If you can name the meat you can marinate it. Great for BBQ. The Korean sauce is a little bland to me. So I added some Vietnamese magic. Simple but delicious. Credit IG nuocmamafoods, FB Vietnamese Soul Food
1. Marinate up to 10 Kg of meat.
2. Save the bottle to store leftover sauce.
3. Keep refrigerated.
4. No needs to cook the sauce. Uses as is.
Note: to save time, I usually marinate a lot of meat, portion it out to individual bag for faster cooking, this is why my food is simple but delicious :-)
