1. Mix coconut cream, curry and turmeric powder together and set aside.
2. In a pan, add cooking oil, garlic and onions. Cook on high heat. Once garlic turn light golden, add the rice and coconut curry mixture.
3. Continue to stir until the rice is separating. Then add the rest of the ingredients.
4. Cook until the rice dry up. Taste and adjust. Enjoy :-)
Tip: top the rice with shrimps it is delicious.
