Step 1: Cut the skin of the fish, about 4 lines per side. Marinate the fish with garlic, seasoning Knorr powder, and thin soy sauce.
Step 2: Pour oil in the wok and add 1 tbsp of salt.
Step 3: When the oil is hot, pour the corn starch over the fish before putting in the wok. Add gingers. Fry for about 10 minutes on each side.
Tip: To make sure the fish is not broken, you should add salt in the oil before frying, pour flour over the fish, and do not stir or touch until the fish has a brown color.
