Ingredients

• 2 cans of mackerel in tomato sauce canned , Any brand
• 3 Asian red shallots, Thinly sliced
• 4 fresh chili, Small sliced
• 2 stalks of lemongrass, Take only the white part, and slice very thin
• 1 teaspoon of chili powder, Less or more
• 1 lime, Take only juice
• ½ teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of fish sauce
• 1 teaspoon of sugar
• ½ teaspoon of MSG, Optional
• 2 tablespoons of green onions, Sliced
• 2 tablespoons of culantro

Preparation

1. Put shallots, lemon grass, lemon, and all seasoning to mix in the bowl first.

2. Add mackerel and mix together. Adjust the seasoning.

3. Add green onion and culantro and mix again. Serve and enjoy!
