It’s that time again. Refills on my GARLIC CHILI LIME FISH SAUCE, NUOC CHAM. Simple but delicious.

Preparation

Mix until sugar dissolved. Taste and adjust. Put in a container and store in the refrigerator. Good for months. Vinegar will help help sauce stay fresher longer. Great for dipping fresh spring rolls, fried spring rolls, fried fish, vermicelli noodle bowl ect...

PS: you can use boiling water, in this case let it cool off completely before storing it in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
