Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce

Everybody knows the Spring Rolls with Peanut Sauce, we can find them almost everywhere in Laos. But not many are fresh, delicious and made with quality ingredient. So let´s make our own spring rolls with our favorite quality ingredients.

Preparation

Step 1. Prepare all ingredients ready on the table or a flat surface to wrap.

Step 2. Take out one flat chopping board and also a big bowl of water at room temperature next to the ingredients that you have already prepared.

Step 3. Take one rice paper and soak it in the water for about 5 second, then put it down on the board, add lettuce, mint, Vietnamese Perilla leave, carrots, a slice of omelet, noodles, and shrimps. Then roll forward one time, close two sides and roll again. Repeat this step until you finish all ingredients.

Note: Before you roll, make sure the rice paper is completely soft and sticky, otherwise it will break Add the shrimps after rolling half of the roll to make them visible once wrapped, the spring roll will look nicer.

* To make the sweet chili sauce:

Step 1. Add hot water to melt the sugar or put in the microwave.

Step 2. Add salt, fish sauce, garlic, and chili.

Step 3. Let it cool down before adding lime juice, and peanuts. Taste it and correct as you like, more sweet or sour, then ready to serve with the fresh rolls. Zap :)
