Another famous authentic dish of Laos is Shredded bamboo shoot steamed. This recipe using rice paddy herbs as a main ingredient and using fish sauce instead of fermented fish sauce. The taste is AMAZING :)

1. Cut rice paddy herbs

2. Chop pork

3. Bring a big bowl, add boiled shredded bamboo shoot, minced pork, chili, lemongrass, rice paddy herbs, Yanang leaves extract, Khao beua.

4. Seasoning with salt, fish sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well together and adjust the taste

5. Wrap with banana leaves and steam it about 30mns. Then open the wrap and eat with sticky rice. Zap :)
