No idea for picnic or camping food? Try this baked chicken with bacon and potato. It is very easy to make but amazingly delicious.
1. Marinate the chicken with salt, ground pepper, Knorr seasoning powder and garlic powder.
2. Put the chicken in the aluminum tray and stuff onions, garlic and potatoes inside the chicken. Also put the remaining around the chicken and seasoning with salt, ground pepper, and a bit of Knorr seasoning powder.
3. Add bacon to cover the chicken. This will add flavour as the bacon fat will melt and drip on the chicken skin.
4. Cover the chicken with aluminum foil and put on the barbecue stove about 40 minutes. Then remove the foil, and continue cooking about 10 more minutes (the charcoal should not be too strong, otherwise the skin of the chicken below will burn before cooking).
