Deep fried crispy pork belly is one of the dish that i cannot stop eating after the first bite. Serving with warm sticky rice or cold beer is recommended. The simple way to make but the amazing taste to get. Here is the recipe.
1. Marinate the pork belly with salt, sugar, ground black pepper, fish sauce, oyster sauce, koki crispy flour, and water. Mix together.
2. In a pan, add the oil and heat until hot. Add the marinated pork belly and fry until you get a crispy golden brown result. Take out.
3. Make the dipping sauce: in a sauce bowl, add chili powder, roasted sticky rice powder, fish sauce, sugar, lime and water. Mix and adjust to taste. Sprinkle slices of coriander on the dipping sauce.
4. Take the crispy pork to dip in the sauce. Yummy!
