Do you eat frog? This is one of the typical suburb dish in Laos. Stuffed herbs makes aroma and bring flavor.
1. Use a mortar and pestle to roughly pound chili, garlic, red shallot, lemongrass, salt, and MSG.
2. In a big bowl, season frogs with salt, then stuff the pounded herbs inside each frog. Use banana leaves to wrap it and tie it with lemon grass leaves (Or any cotton cooking twine).
3. Bring to grill on the stove with slow -medium fire. Turn over occasionally until every part of frog is golden brown. Serve with sticky rice :)
