My favorite salmon dish !!
1. Season the salmon with little salt & pan-fried with 3 tbsp of oil on medium high, with the skin side up. Cook until golden brown (about 4 min) and turn the salmon over with a spatula, and cook it for another 3 min or until golden brown.
2. Make the Matcha broth: put 2 cups of water in a saucepan. Bring to a light boil & add in the dashi. Turn off the heat and add in the matcha powder, and whisk till it’s all mixed well (add more dashi if needed according to your preference).
3. Scoop a small bowl of rice, place it into a bigger bowl. Sprinkle with some nori, place a piece of salmon on top & slowly pour in the matcha broth halfway. Enjoy 😊 !
