Today Team presents you a healthy menu: noodle salad with Vietnamese sauce. Simple and delicious!



For the sauce

  • 1 small bowl of vietnamese black sauce (tương đen)
  • 3 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of chili powder, less or more
  • 2 cloves of garlic, smashed and fry on the pan before adding to the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of pineapples, small diced
  • 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil, use hot oil after frying garlic


1. First of all, add vegetable oil into a pan and fry the tofu until golden brown, then take it out.

2. Have a pot with water, adding a tsp of salt. Once it's boiled, add pork belly. Cook for about 30 minutes. Take it out to cool it down and make thin slices.

3. Make the sauce :

- Add dark sauce to a bowl, add 3 tbsp of sugar, chili powder, fresh fried-garlic, pineapple, mix them together. Then add hot oil (5 tbsp) that used to fry garlic into the sauce bowl, mix them together again.

4. Have a big bowl, add fresh noodle, sliced of cooked pork belly, mixed-salads, bean sprout, slices of fresh cucumber. Then pour the delicious sauce over the bowl. Sprinkle with roasted peanuts, fried-shallots, and slices of green onions. Enjoy now !!
