Suki sauce is the peanuts sauce for dipping vegetable or meat.
1. Roast peanuts until brown and bring aroma, then blend finely.
2. Stir fry the red curry paste with oil until getting aroma, add peanuts, then coconut milk, and water.
3. Seasoning with sugar, salt, MSG, fish sauce. Keep boiling with low fire and stiring often. Adjust the taste as you like. Turn of the heat and leave it cool.
