The weather in Laos now is getting cold, and agasta flowers are blossoming, so I went to the market and bought dried fish to make this authentic delicious soup. It is a perfect menu for this weather.
1. Add 1L of water to a huge pot, add lemongrass, ginger, fresh chili, fermented fish sauce, salt, and MSG.
2. Once it's boiled, add the dried fish and agasta flowers. Cook with high heat for about 15 minutes. Adjust the taste and serve! Enjoy!!
