Mashed Potatoes Gratin is western food, not complicated to cook if you follow this recipe. The thing is kids loves it.

Step 1. Peel the potatoes and boil them in a saucepan, add a tea spoon of salt, then cook them until they become soft, after that remove the water.

Step 2. Mash the potatoes with a fork.

Step 3. Put the mashed potatoes back to the saucepan on low-medium heat, add butter first and then milk only after the butter has melt and been mixed with the mashed potatoes. Keep mixing until it becomes a soft paste of mashed potatoes and keep separately.

Step 4. Mix minced beef with parsley, seasoning by salt and pepper.

Step 5. Prepare a rectangular pyrex bowl that can be used in the oven. For the first layer, put mashed potatoes, then for the second layer, put the minced meat. Then cover with more mashed potatoes until finished. Pour bread crumbs all over the top.

Step 6. Set the oven temperature at 180°C and cook for about 40 minutes or check until the top is brown. Serve after it has cooled down a bit. Zap!
