It's lobster season !! So there are lots of live and fresh ones. If you'd like to make Grilled Lobster, here is the best recipe I have ever had in my life :)

Step 1. Put the butter (or use margarine) in a small bowl and melt it by microwave (or use a pan).

Step 2. Let it cool down to room temperature, then add lemon juice, parsley and salt. Mix together and taste to rectify if needed.

Step 3. Grill the lobster cut in halves on the BBQ stove, the shell being on the grill. Pour the butter sauce onto all over the lobster meat, the shell will retain the sauce that will cook the lobster meat. You can cook the barbecue at the end to finish cooking the meat. Once the lobster meat turns to white color and juicy, remove from fire and serve. My suggestion is to eat the lobsters with steamed jasmine rice, pouring the remaining butter sauce on the rice. Zap!
