If you've got fresh fish, making fish soup is a good idea for your meal. This soup is sour and full of flavor of herbs. Here is the recipe.
Step 1. Add water into the pot, add salt, galangal, bashed lemongrass, kaffir leaves, and tamarind paste until boiled.
Step 2: Clean and wash the fish well and leave in the plate. Also cut tomato in half size and slice fresh green onion, cilantro, and celery then leave in the other plate.
Step3: Add chicken soup flavor cube, add chili, stir a bit , then add fish. Let it boil with medium fire about 10mns or until cooked.
Step4: Add fish sauce and taste as you like then add tomato, green onion, cilantro, and celery then turn of the fire.
Serve in the bowl and eat with sticky rice or steam rice and fresh chili sauce.
Tips: The water should be boiled before you add the fish, and after that DO NOT stir the soup to often because you will break the fish.
