Menu today at the office with coworkers is a Cucumber and Noodle salad. A popular dish for a break :)
Step 1. Using a mortar and pestle, pound the chili with garlic, shrimp paste, MSG and sugar.
Step 2. Add lemon juice, fermented fish sauce (padek), tomatoes, cucumbers, carrots, green garlic leaves and pound gently.
Step 3. Then add noodles and mix together. Taste rectify the flavour if needed, then serve with fresh salad. Zap!
