Grilled duck Lao style is crispy skin and juicy meat with the aroma and the taste of Lao ingredients and seasoning sauce. Well, it's time to prepare some cold beer and start BBQ now.
Step 1. Use a mortar and pestle to pound lemon grass, red Asian shallots, garlic, pepper, salt, MSG, sugar and kaffir lime leaves.
Step 2. Take the paste from the mortar to marinate the duck, season with oyster sauce and leave for at least 30 minutes before grilling.
Step 3. Then grill the duck on medium to slow heat with a barbecue stove until cooked. Serve with sticky rice or salad and cold beer. Zap :)
