In Laos, Jaew Mak Len (Tomato spicy sauce) can be a component of the breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Follow the recipe below and I am sure you will ask more sticky rice to eat with :-)
Step 1. Grill tomatoes, chili, Asian red shallots and garlic in a hot pan.
