The pork shoulder pieces has a bit of fat so I bring it to cook as Pork shoulder stew with a bit of curry and Asian seasoning. The taste is wonderful because the fat melted to make meat really juicy and tender.
Step 1. Blend or pound onion with chili.
Step 2. Stir fry the paste of onion and chili with oil in the pot until it brings aroma.
Step 3. Add pork and stir fry until the pork becomes light brown. Add all remaining ingredients into the pot, following with water, level above the pork. Let it simmer until the pork is tender and the sauce decreased. Taste it and serve. Zap!
