Today I would like to introduce you the yummy dish Tofu vs minced beef. The recipe is below :)
1. Stir fry the garlic until it becomes yellow, add the beef and season it with salt, sugar, thin soy sauce, and oyster sauce (add a few spoon of water if it's too dry). Stir fry until the beef is cooked then add the spinach and the coriander, stir for about more 1 minute. Taste it and serve in a plate.
2. Open a pack of Japanese tofu and add it to the serving plate, pour the hot sauce on the tofu and add fresh chilies for the topping. Eat with steam rice. Zap!
