Ant egg is the king of egg! This recipe of Wild-Phakwan and Ant eggs Soup is really authentic. You can try if you want to cook a strange food :)
1. Fill up a pot with water, add salt, ginger, msg, and thin soya sauce. When it's boiling, add pork ribs. Let it boil again and reduce to medium-low heat. Keep cooking until the pork is tender (about 1 hour).
2. Increase to high heat, add Wild-Phakwan and Ant Eggs, cook for about 5 minutes more. Taste it and serve. Zap!
