Changing from normal omelette by adding dill, the result is so tasty and yummy :). Do not wait, just cook now and enjoy!
1. Use a bowl to mix eggs and dill, add seasoning with salt, soya sauce, sugar and a few drops of lime juice. Mix them well.
2. Heat the oil until it's hot (set to medium-high heat), add garlic and red shallots, stir until they become yellow. Add eggs, following with fresh chili, then flip the omelet on the other side (cook each side for about 10 seconds). Serve when it's hot with sticky or steamed rice. Zap!
