1. Marinate wide noodles with black soy sauce and leave them for about 10 minutes.
2. In a pan, add oil and garlic, stir until it's yellow. Add pork , then the eggs. Stir fry until pork is cooked.
3. Add wide rice noodles, seasoning with soy seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, seasoning powder and sugar. Stir until it's a bit dry, then add Chinese broccoli and keep stir frying until the vegetable get cooked. Taste it and serve (add ground black pepper if you like).
