Stop thinking of gaining weight now! This is too good recipe to skip. Crispy pork stir fried with Holy Basil or (Phat Ka phao moo korp). Cook and enjoy it today and work out tomorrow :)
1. Heat the oil until it is hot, add the garlic and chili until it becomes yellow.
2. Add the crispy pork, follow with seasoning powder, oyster sauce, thin soy sauce, fish sauc and sugar. Stir them well.
3. Add holy basil and stir for about 10 second more. Taste it and serve. Eat with Jasmine steamed rice. Zap!
