Let's make Salmon Skewer Grilled instead of cooking the fish on the pan. This menu is perfectly combined with steamed rice. And please do not forget to pour its sauce over your plate before eating.
1. In a bowl, add chopped garlic, salt, ground black pepper, curry powder, lemon juice and mix well together. Then add olive oil and mix well again.
2. Add the salmon cubes and mix with the sauce. Then cover and leave in the fridge for about 1 to 2 hours before grilling.
3. Make the skewers beginning and ending with salmon and putting lemon slices in between. Grill the fish skewers for about 8 to 10 minutes on the barbecue; turning them occasionally until you see that the fish is cooked. Then take them out.
4. Put the remaining sauce in a small pot to make it boil, and serve it on the table with the salmon skewers and the rice. Zap!
Tip: spray oil on the grill to prevent the salmon from sticking.
