Choy Sum soup with pork and dill is the simple menu that everyone can cook. Moreover it's very good for diet :)
Step 1. Add water to a pot, add salt and lemongrass. Make it boil.
Step 2. Marinate the minced pork with ground black pepper and seasoning powder.
Step 3. Make small meat balls and add them to the pot one by one. Cook for about 20 minutes.
Step 4. Add the Choy Sum and cook for about 5 more minutes.
Step 5. Add the dill then taste, turn off the heat and serve immediately. Zap!
