Shrimp salad with sweet, sour, and spicy flavours. It really makes this dish fresh and good for diet too :)
1. Poach shrimps in boiling water and cool them down in iced water immediately after taking them out.
2. Prepare all the vegetables and herbs on a serving plate.
3. Prepare the SSS sauce: blend chili with garlic, coriander with roots, palm sugar, fish sauce and the juice of a lime. Adjust the seasoning to be a bit stronger (more sour, sweet, salty) because it will be softened when mixed with the salad later.
4. Put the shrimps in the plate on the vegetables and herbs. Pour the sauce on top. Ready to Zap :)
