Bounxoo restaurant is a famous and well-known place in Pakkading district, especially for local people and travellers to the Southern part of Laos. The signature of this place is that all menus are authentic Lao recipes prepqred with fresh seasonal ingredients. We recommend the river fish dishes such as Lao fish salads (Koy-Pa Kherng), Fried river fish with fermented fish sauce with herbs (Jeun Pa Kherng sai Padaek). And eating them with sticky rice makes a perfect match. The place is huge and clean (the restaurant received the hygiene certificate from the government). If you travel to the South, it is a stop we suggest you do on the way!! 👍🏻😋
