Crystal Bounxayavong was born in a Southern city of Laos called Savannakhet (ສະຫວັນນະເຂດ). As young age, she had learned how to cook by helping her mother to prepare the traditional Lao dishes for her family until one day she had mastered her cooking without realizing. Cooking and feeding people has always been her way to make an impact to the community wherever she resides.

To fulfill her dream, she decided to open a Lao restaurant in Seminole, Florida where she can find many ingredients like back home and bring another exotic culinary experience to the neighborhood.

Recommended menu: khao poun, larb seen ngua, ping sai oua (grilled Lao sausage), Nem Khaow (crispy rice salad)
