This dish, hot noodle (Khaopoun Hone) 🍜, is the signature food of Xayabouly province 😍.
What makes this dish special? The noodles are freshly made just before being served to customers with lots of cooked vegetables in the bowl 🥬. It is similar to Khaopoun Ginger sauce in Vientiane but without fermented fish sauce (padek) added. It is an easy food to find and also healthy 😋 This dish should not be missed when visiting Xayabouly.
Note: during pandemic, they only do take out.
