This Lao traditional noodle soup (Khaopoun) is the best in Luang Prabang. Located inside the Morning market. It is very popular and always crowded. The other signature dish that locals like there is the Khaopoun Nam Phik (Lao red curry noodle soup) 👍🏻 The aroma of the real coconut milk mixed with pork is just awesome. The price is reasonable, only 20,000 Kip per bowl. If you like Khaopoun, you must go to this place at least once when visiting.
