Every Saturday at 3.00pm you have an opportunity to learn about the lives of monks and at the same time help the monks with their English . Then you can meditate with the monks for an hour as they teach you how. Don’t miss out on this experience. On Sunday you can meditate from 8.00 to 10.00 am with the monks but there is no talking !
