1. Soak the malva nuts (poontali seeds) in warm water for 30-45 minutes. After soaking, removes the seeds in the middle and outer hard layer.
2. Soak the basil seeds in water for 10 minutes.
3. Dice the grass jelly into small pieces.
4. Cook the rock sugar with 2 cups of water until sugar is dissolved. Remove and let cool.
5. Add everything in a big container. Add ice cold water. Taste and adjust.
6. Serve and enjoy ;-)
