Chewy and gluten free waffles.
1. In a large bowl, add glutinous rice flour, tapioca, sugar, baking powder, salt then whisk.
2. Add butterfly pea flower tea, an egg, melted butter then whisk.
3. Spray waffle maker with butter. Add a 1/4 cup of batter and cook for 2 mins.
4. Make syrup in a bowl by adding coconut milk, condensed milk and whisk.
