Bring your sticky rice to share this yummy beef jerky with me :)
1. Cut the beef in slices of about 1 cm thick and put into a big bowl.
2. Blend or pound the ginger finely, then squeeze the juice from the ginger to mix it with the sliced beef (throw away the ginger paste). Season with fish sauce, salt and sugar. Mix well, add white sesame and mix again.
3. Marinate for about 30 minutes and bring them dry under the sunlight for about 1 day (you can keep in the fridge or freezer for longer).
4. To cook: heat the oil until hot and add the dried beef. Deep fry for about 1 minute or until it's cooked golden brown. You can also use and air fryer to cook them.
