Pork jerky is very simple to make. After dried, bring to deep fried or roasted, then serving as a snack with cold beer or eating with sticky rice 😊

Ingredients

Preparation

1. Cut the pork into stick shape and about finger size

2. Mix pork with all seasoning and marinated about 2 hours in the fridge

3. Bring to dry outdoor for 1 day

4. Then bring to deep fried until light brown. Ready to serve. 🙂
