2. In a pan, fry onions and garlic with vegetable oil until light brown. Add duck meat and organs that are chopped. Add salt and MSG. Stir fried until the meat is cooked.
3. Pour into a big bowl, let it cool down a bit. Then add fish sauce, lime juice, fresh chili, and roasted sticky rice powder. Then add green onion, coriander and mint. Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve and Enjoy :)
